Fertilize with Flourush Tabs and API tabs once every 2 months or so have liquid flourish too- T5 light 10 hrs day 5 days

Sounds like nutrient deficienties. You should look into getting dry ferts so you can dose macro and micro nutrients. Plus they are very inexpensive. For the amount of plants you have your liquid fert probably isn't enough. Do you use CO2 or liquid carbon?

So the tabs you bury in gravel isn't enough huh? No CO2 ...

Root tabs are good for plants that absorb most of the nutrients via their roots. Many plants, especially stem plants absorb most of their nutrients from the water column. And when you have alot of plants liquid ferts given once or twice a week isn't enough. Plus many of them don't have much in the way of macro nutrients.

Does a CO2 system take away oxygen for the fish ? does CO2 system really help plants?

You can use too much CO2 and gas your fish tho. It doesn't happen often but it does happen.
