Sick Pleco!

I have a pleco that i got about 2 weeks ago. Though recently i have noticed a couple holes on each of his fins. I have checked the water and it's fine. what should i do?

I'm not good with sick fish either, but put this under "unhealthy fish" not the planted tank section if you haven't already.
