I just noticed something looks similiar to a spider web in my tank present on artificial plants with dense leaves. The webs are made with very thin silk and can see them only if i look closely.

does anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?

Thanks

Could be algae or some fungus. I'd take the fake plants out, run them under hot water, and put them back.

It does look like some sort of algae. However, some fish, like my moonlight gourami, does shred the fake plants. And mine looked similar to yours.
