Stunted PearlGrass

Hi all. My pearlgrass seems to be in a state of stunting? Its green as ever and its formed itself into a nice bush. But the thing is, its stopped growing? Its basically been the same height for a few weeks now. I dont see any signs of death though. They even bubble at the peak hours. Any ideas on this one?

Do you know what your nitrate and phosphate levels are? Do you dose potassium? Do you dose iron? Do you dose traces?
