T5 lighting Coralife or Aquatic life

What fixture would you recommend for 125 tank and why please

another good option T5-HO Light.

i have used t5 coralife fixtures but not high output just reg ones over a 20. the ones i had didnt have individual reflectors. never used aquatic life or heard of them before.

what are you trying to do with this tank?

i dont know if aquatic life has individual reflectors.

2 of these should allow you low light and some medium light plants.

I appreciate that but I am interested in these as they are available here in PA local driving distance and Wouldl ike to get them as soon as possible
