i have a telanthera that is THRIVING it grows like at least an inch a day. i'm about 3 inches from the top of the tank now.

my questions. what happens when it hits the top? do i trim it? how do i trim it?

Just cut it at the stem somewhere. You can plant the clipping or toss it, or sell it.
