too much Light W/O CO 2

I Am putting 130 watts over a 75 gallon tank. I know its under the 2 watts/gallon rule so I am thinking I should be okay without the CO 2 right?

Just waiting on the substrate and how I'm going to terrace the back right corner before getting it going.

You should be fine without CO2.. if you get close to 2.5wpg then your asking for trouble.. CO2 would give you some results but its not nessisary at the light levels your working with..
Just make sure you get plants that will match your lighting..
