hello,

I'd like to hear what fromula works for you?
How many watts per gallon?
How many bubbles per second?
Dimensions of your tank?
fertilization, yes/no If so with what? How often? and how much?
lots of fish, Yes/no
lots of plants, yes/no/over growing with them

Thanks so very much all the info you can give will help a lot!!!!!!

thanks again

How big of a tank? What do you want to grow? How much work do you want?

Bubbles per second is like asking how far you have to press down the accelerator on your car to get it to go 55 mph. My BPS doesn't mean squat to anyone else. There are so many variables in a CO2 system that the term is actually meaningless except to my system.

Rex is right...and some people have bigger bubbles than others. A better question is 'what do you maintain your CO2 levels at'

I have two heavily planted 20G tanks. I have C02 on both but do not count bubbles. One tank has 10 fish the other 10 fish & four shrimp. The 20G long has a little over 3WPG the 20G high has 6WPG(overkill). I use minute amounts of ferts daily:4 drops of Kent Grow, 1 1/2cc of Seachem Trace & Iron as needed.
