I have had two of my ferns tied to the rocks with elastic bands for about two weeks now and they're not attaching. It's probably because the roots aren't pressed against the rocks, but it's too fiddly for me and I've tried multiple times to get it right... :ermm:

I was wondering what the easiest way is and how you guys do it?

Thanks in advance! :fish2:

Very light fishing line also works well. It is almost invisible.

I use fishing line. I'm doing my first diftwood with it, and seems to be growing up. I did my 2 weekes ago, but I've read it could take 6+ weeks to fully attach.

one of my java ferns is attatched with fishing line, the other has its roots pressed down and anchored.

I have a castle decoration and i lifted it up, and placed the roots underneath to anchor it. although you have to make sure to leave the Ryzome free.

Ziggs- drill a small hole in the castle for the rhizome and hide the roots in the hole
