What is this growing out of narrow leaf chain sword?

So I just got some narrow leaf chain sword for my aquarium and don't know what these are.
I just want to know if it means they are grown above water, or if these will turn into knew plants.

It's in it's emersed form and flowering.

Does this mean that this plant will end up melting?
Should I cut them off so they don't create unneeded waste?

It won't hurt to leave the flowers but you can cut them off if you want. Just leave the plant transition to submerged growth. It's not a big deal. Do use root tabs with them.
