What kind of algae is this?

Looks like where small rotting plant stems landed. Grey and fuzzy in color. It's only in small crevices around my driftwood, and in between my java moss.

And, is this one of those "get ride of it immediately!" kind of algaes?

36G community tank, pressurized CO2, dual bulb T5HO, Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 30, Phosphate 3, pH 7, kH 4, gH 9.

Looks like Hair Algae you can use a old toothbrush and swirl it around to remove it
