What kind of plants can I plant?

I currently use 1 T8 Floramax 18 inch fluorescent bulb, it produces 15 wattsMy tank is a 20 gallon high and the height is 16 inches.


I was just wondering what kind of plants are capable of living in my tank?

High? Medium? Low?


I know that people say the watt per gallon rule is Okay, but most people say that it's actually outdated

Ferns , Mosses, Crypts are all lowlight plants, but the Crypts need root tabs.

Amazon sword will be fine I got 5 wats on 12 gallons and it grows fine no root tabs nothin

You can use Jungle val, crypts, and water sprite to plant in the substrate then anubia's, java ferns, and bolbitus tied onto rocks or driftwood.

You will need to get root tabs for the crypts and they will help with the vals. Then get something like Seachem Flourish Comprehensive to use weekly after your WC.
