What plants will grow well in my tank?

I have a 20 gallon long tank (30x12x12). The lighting is 17 watts, 8000k, florescent. I have regular gravel, but wouldn't be opposed to changing to sand if thats necessary. Will any plants grow well in this tank?

You can get away with low level / maintenance plants. She the link below for ideas. Anarcharis, Anubias, Amazon Sword, Jave Fern, Java Moss are some examples. PFS would help for the roots to take hold.
