what to use as a carpet plant for low-tech tank with good lighting?

I am starting to plant my 10 gal tank and would like to know what plant can be used as a carpet plant for a low-tech NO C02 10 GAL TANK. [/SIZE]

Most carpeting plants require good lighting and co2 to effectively carpet. It is potentially possible to grow a carpet with medium lighting and a carbon supplement.

Marsilea is one of the few that you can do well low tech, but definitely look into ferts and co2 as suggested to open up your options.
