I found a PAR graph for various fixtures in this link and perhaps the fixture or something similar is listed here:
The ranges in PAR I use are:
Low 10-30
Med 30-80
High 80+

Depending on the bulbs you'll be around 35-50 par. I'd go with the daylight/full spectrum tubes and you should be perfect low/med light which is excellent for your setup!

Wow thanks to both I feel better now. Other charts is seen had me at high/high medium. The tubes that come with the fixture are daylight so it's perfect.

What would you say I'm at now?

2 x T8 bulbs at 25W each 18 inch?
