When to cut off daughter plants

I have some amazon swords growing in my 55 gallon tank and they have some daughter plants. I was wondering how much you should let them grown before cutting them off and replanting them.

It's almost ready ... I'd say wait a few more days ... enough for a couple of more roots to grow some more.
 
I agree, each plant has good roots and plenty of leaves too.
 
Wait until they have enough roots to plant, otherwise they will die or just keep floating to the top of the substrate.
