Where should I cut the Hygro so I can replant the shoots? Do I cut at the base? Halfway up a stem?

Quick help would be appreciated as I'm in the middle of a PWC and it's easier to cut the base when the water level is lower!

You want to cut it at a lead node. If you are pulling the stems and replanting then I trim off any bare parts at the bottom. If you are pruning to propagate then cut it at a node somewhere in the middle of the stem so both pieces have leaves.
