White cysts on glass and plants

Hi - I have a planted aquarium with corys, neon tetras, and amano shrimp. I have several white cyst like white spots on my glass and plants. I haven't seen any snails in the tank. The cysts are probably a little less than 1/8" long. Any thoughts as to what they are?
Thanks
