Looking to start using liquis co2 but unsure if it will dissipate the same way using co2 canister using air stone.
And with out the air stone my fishies suffocate

Your fish should not suffocate without the air stone. That's a bother problem.

The air stone won't effect the liquid co2.

Thanks and

Before I added air stone all of my parameters were good. And all my fish seem like they were gasping.
Once I added the air stone 12 hours later they were happy go lucky.
A couple weeks later I unplug the air pump rearranging a few things and within a few days my fish were gasping again I plug the air pump backup and wallah are fine again

i have never ran an airstone in either of my tanks and I ran DIY co2 for a while. I never had a problem.

Try increasing surface agitation with your filter.

Liquid co2 should be perfectly fine with a bubbler
