Yes it will. You should take them out. They can't carry ich, so rinsing them and holding them in another tank or bucket with light and an air stone for circulation should keep most of them in good enough shape to put back once the ich is treated.
You can treat ich without meds or aquarium salt. Just crank the heat to 86 degrees and leave it there for a week after you see the last sign of ich. It's fish and plant safe.
