wut are you suppose 2 do with java moss?

i got sum yestyday and it kept floating and it was getting annoying. i attached it to a rock and iskeeping down now. so will it like grow like that? and is it suppose to fall apart wehen you tye it?

I tie mine around driftwood or rock "caves" and after some time it will "attach" itself to the object well enough that you don't have to worry about it. I just used strands of my mass of javamoss to tie it down rather than rubber bands/string like others use.

Fishing line works well to tie down java moss and riccia. The upside is that it is usually invisible.
