Colorful floating plant. It creates shade and its roots provide shelter for fry. More info on user experiences with this plant.

According to the descriptions in the link, they did fine under CFLs and T5HO. Even more so outdoors.
It does not appear that they will grow like salvinia, water lettuce, or duckweed.

Haha no problem. Yesterday was super busy. Went to check out a new fish castle. I mean house. Family visits...made a cheesecake...homework blah blah. No rush
