DS = 7000k Daylight
DB = 10000k Actinic Blend

For the 40b I would get the 36" 24/7 or Planted+. The former is dimmable and both cost less than a 36" Ray2.
The price for a NEW 24" Ray2 really has not dropped so this is a good value IMO.
