Looks to be some sort of algae or protein film.
Shut filters off, suck up a couple mL's of H2O2 3% in a syringe and gently "spray" the algae / protein film. Careful not to disturb the surrounding water, let the H2O2 sit for 10-15 minutes, then turn filters back on.
This should kill it.
Manual remove it if you can / want to.
