API Test Tubes

Hi Folks, have any of you tried to buy spare test tubes? what a pain!

API only sell them in packs of 24, but not to the public, Amazon sell them in packs of 24 @ £19+ and Pets at Home will get them for you in packs of 24 again @ £19+

I rang Pets at Home cust serv, who were very nice, and I asked if they could stock them in their shops and sell maybe in batches of 4 for say £5. Immediate answer was a very nice NO, but they will think about it. They did suggest going to my local PAH to see if they had the odd 1 they could let me have(which was good).

But, does anyone know where they sell API tubes in less than 24's

I don't know of anywhere that sells them but what about buying a pack of 24 and selling tho ones you don't want either on here or on eBay or on aquarium classifieds. I would have 4 or 5 off you for around £5-6 plus postage

Get something like these...

6 NEW Glass test tubes with screw caps, leakproof | eBay

They're not marked, but if you already have API test tubes, measure out 5ml, put it these and mark them.
