I feed in the evening. Just once a day, as much as they can gobble in a few minutes. After a while, the amount becomes easy to gauge.

Yeah once a day seems about right when your having your dinner.
or you could feed them twice, when you wake up and before you go to sleep thats what I do since they seem to like to eat and i feel sorry for them
