green water problem

Hi everyone im new to forum and would love some advice. I have a 70-80 litre tropical fish tank, contains 4 male guppies, 5 silver mollys, 1 alibino catfish, 1 orange loach. I have a heater level kept at 80. I also have a filter that can go in a tank up to 100 litres. I cant seem to get rid of the green water i have done many water changes and kept the tank away from sunlight i also dont have my tank light on. I feed the fish very small amounts of food twice a day as recomended by the local fish guy. Im getting so frustrated by the green water i dont know how to stop it. Please help!!
What can i do?
