Anyone know where to get pure ammonia in this freezing cold country?

I"m in BC, I ended up getting mine from a Janitor Supply store. It turned out to be 14%, which is a bit stronger then most solutions. I wouldn't want to get anything higher then 14%, it would almost need to be used outside.

... You'd think in a metro area of almost 1.5 million people, you could find a bottle of ammonia. It's not like I'm looking in the small hick town in which I live... although... maybe I should look in the Home Hardware here tomorrow, now that I think of it.
