Importation of Aquarium Fish?

Hey ya'll. Turns out I'm getting my passport for Christmas. Everybody else in the family has one, and the girlfriend wants to vacation in Vermont next year.

Anyways, I hear that right across the border from me (I live in a border town), there's a fancy Wal-Mart with some real exotic fishes, so I'm thinking importing fish is in my future.

The problem? Will the CBSA (Canadian Border Services Agency) give me a hassle with the fish? I know my boss at work was given a bit of hassle when he brought over some goldfish, and I needs to keep my record clean.
