Define cheap.

I know aquaFX currently has a special going on with their units. I would not classify them as blue light special prices for RO units though. For the real low cost stuff check out ebay.

Aquasafe on E-bay.ca has a good track record. They are from N Van in BC. You can also check out J&L Aquatics.
