Aquarium Advice Newbie
I have just brought a 5 gallon hex tank from eBay, I could not resist it at £10.00. I also have a thriving 29 gallon so I have a little bit of experience with fish. I am have planned to have sand as substrate with a small bit of driftwood as a centre piece and live plants. The tank it yet to cycle and I am not planning on putting fish in it in the near future but I would like to know what fish can and can't go in. I am keen on shrimp because I don't think my tank is big enough for bottom feeders ( corys or otos) am I right? I am not sure about betta because I find them slightly slow and I don't think they are that beautiful ( my opinion, I know some people love them). So what do you think?
