80 gal bowfront setup picked up cheap

I just picked up a 80 gallon bow front tank. It came with the tank,stand, canopy, T8 lights, and a sump/pump system. The full setup was only $175. Would like to hear any suggestions on the build it will be freshwater most likely. Any comments on the equipment would be appreciated as this is my first tank running a sump filtration method.
The pics are as it was when I picked it up a serious clean up job is in need I know

I am planning a cichlid stock still haven't decided if I'm going to move some from other tanks it give them more space I'll post another thread to show them and take any suggestions offered

And what light system would be recommended for a setup this size
