Adding new fish

My tank is new and yesterday i added one molly just to make sure everything was okay. The molly is doing well, how long should i wait to add two more fish? a couple of days?

From your other post you have test strips. If you are consistently seeing 0ppm ammonia and nitrite over a week, then add another fish. You don't want to be suddenly quadrupling your bioload. I would do it 1 fish at a time especially given your issues adding fish previously. You can add your snails in if you want, they wont add much bioload.

thanks so much, a nerite snail would be okay?

ultimately what’s the max of fish i could have if i had a mix of mollies and platies? plus a snail or two

can i have all male mollies or more female is better?
