Ammonia Levels

I did a ~40% water change this morning and I just checked my ammonia levels are 0.25ppm and my nitrite level is 0.25ppm. I only have water that has been aged 7 hours. What should I do?

Those levels arent much of a risk to fish but you shouldnt be letting them get any worse. During a fish in cycle your target should be to keep ammonia + nitrite combined below 0.5ppm combined which is where you are now. Do whatever water changes you need to do to keep at these levels until your cycle establishes and can maintain them both at 0ppm.
