Candy Cane Tetras???

I bought what was listed as candy cane tetras. I really don't feel they are. What do you think. I've never seen these before

Maybe. It looks pale and stressed. Watch you water parameters. It looks more like this

IMO it looks like a candy cane/pepermint/HY511.
