He or she?

Hi, I’m new here. I have 4 small tanks and for one of them I recently bought two she-bettas. Now I’m having some doubts about one of them. Is she really a she? I realize it is much smaller than my male and also in pretty poor condition when I bought it. But it acts like a male. Hunting the other etc. Click image for larger version
