Injured Firemouth!

Hi all,

Last week we noticed that our Firemouth hadn't been about so searched thru the tank and could see him trapped under a rock!!!!
We moved the rock and he swam off. The problem now is that he hides out now and never comes out! I can't tell if his tail is I injured or not. I think it is as he doesn't seem to swim great but there are no marks on him. He is barely eating either!
