is this a good deal!?

So I found this on craigslist and couldn't pass it up. They're supposed to have someone picking it up tonight but they haven't heard from him today. So she said I can have it for 125 if I pick it up this weekend!

Does this sound good!?:

*light - original light is not working, comes with two extra aquarium lights
*solid wood stand painted black- needs some work
*matching solid wood lid or cover for the top
*Dimensions Tank itself measures 24" tall x 48" long x 13" deep
*Dimensions with stand and lid 58" tall x 52" long x 16"

For all the equipment and it's size I would say it's a steal, even if it needs a little elbow greasw

For a 60 gal tank, I think its a decent deal. I like the fact that its mostly complete. Any fish or living matter come with it? What kind of lighting is offered? Why is the seller getting rid of the tank?

From the pics it looks lik it's in great condition. The stand may need to be repainted in some spots. The sump tank looks almost brand new. I did not ask about the lights but I'm not concerned cause I'm going to buy LEDs for this one after I sell both of my T5HO fixtures. I guess this tank was given to them after their friends upgraded to a much larger tank. They have no use for it so they're selling it.
