New 150g tank for oscars

Hey there! Got a 150g tank I'm just starting to set up, any ideas from substrate to best filters ect??

Awesonnesss!! Oscars going to live all that space! I'd say for that size tank some play or pool filters sand would be best, 50lbs for under $10.. As for filters.. A big boy canister and an ac 110 hob??

That's a great size tank for an oscar. It will defiantly be happy. For the substrate it is really up to you. IMO I would go with black sand just because I've never seen a tank with black sand look bad lol. For the filter I would go with as much GPH turnover as you can afford. Keep in mind the more you get the less frequent your water changes will be.
