Unknown plant type

Hello everyone! I am setting up a 20 gallon freshwater tank and yesterday I purchased this plant. It looks a little like kale or baby arugula. Apparently it's quite popular. Any idea what it could be? Sorry the picture is sideways :/

That is Wisteria that has been grown emersed. It may melt some during the transition period but it is a fast grower.
