What are these things in my betta/shrimp tank?

These little white things just showed up and I'm not sure what they are can anyone help?

Are they little like fleas?

Or wiggly or flat and like a worm? Planaria check that. Some swim all around and when they are bigger, they have a arrow pointed shape head flat worn. I can not really see what it is from the pictures.

Looks like copeopods. Your betta may occasionally snack on them. I think they are harmless to shrimp but I'm 6100% sure.
