40b "Lurker" setup?

I'm thinking about making my spare 40 breeder tank into a home for a few scorpionfish and possibly an angler. What kinds of scorpionfish would live happily in a tank that size? Can I mix two different species? Lastly, would it even be a good idea to house an angler with two, maybe three scorpionfish?

Scorpionfish can be kept with other scorpionfish or passive fish...so an angler might not be the best bet depending. I wouldn't try to keep more than 2 of these fish in a 40 breeder.
