Adding clean up crew

Hey I'm new to the form I'm just wondering when can I add my clean up crew

I would say after the cycle is finished

definitely after the cycle, and i would add snails first to help you with algae and diatoms that all starting tanks go through, then hermits for nuisance algae like hair algae, then you can add decorative shrimp if youd like, but in that order would be my advice.
