I would like to add some cured LR to my FOWLR tank, my water paremeter is alright, NH3, NO2 = 0, NO3 very little detected, PH 8.2, If I were to add the cured LR now, will it affect my water paremeter? Will it cloud my water...etc?

If the rock is properly and completely cured...no it should not adversly effect your parameters or cloud your water. Unless you are 100% positive the rock is completely cured, I recommend not adding it directly to your tank, rather put it in a seperate container with SW and a powerhead and test for a few days, if the ammonia does not go up, then it is safe to add to the tank, if it does...you may have saved your fishes life ;)
