Algae blenny attacking my diamond gobie

my algea blenny went from very peacefull to attacking my diamond gobie (who is also bigger than the blenny) and wont let him out of his cave. they were fine together for bout 2 weeks now all of a sudden they seem to hate eachother. crazy fish so territorrial.

any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

pretty territorial and both being bottom dwellers doesn't sound like a good match.

And similar body shapes. What size tank? Maye not enuf territory for similars. I'm guessing in a larger tank there'd be no problem.

they should have plenty of room together. the tank is 90 gallons. at the moment they seem to be ignoring eachother. i had a similar situation with two clownfish. i got them together and were fine. 4 monthes later one started attacking the other one to the point were i had to give him away. fish are alot more intelligent than i ever thught

Tried turning off the lights for a few days and rearranging the tank?
