Can't decide what would be best

I am going to go crazy looking at all the reviews and options for underwater filters sooo I thought I would see what you thought about my choices:

Odyssea EX250 Aquarium Powerhead Water Pump + Internal Filter


Fluval U4 Underwater Filter


I read about needing a power head and the Odessa is a pwerhead and a filter.I chose this one because I don't want to clutter my tank with equipment but on the other hand I want my fish to be happy and healthy in my 30 gal tank(I mentioned that I would be getting a 25 gal in my other posts but decided to go with the 30 instead).What are your thoughts?If you wouldn't go for the 2 in 1, what powerhead would you recommend?The reviews for the Fluval filter said it didn't really need one but again I want to have happy healthy fish so I want whats best.Thanks!
