Checkerboard wrasse

Is a checkerboard wrasse invert safe? It's max. Length is like 4in

Not sure where you got the max size from, but one of my LFS's have one and its nearly 8 inches long. Granted, they have had it for many years but its def huge. Part of the reason I know they have it is that its so darn big. LOL

They have it in a soft coral reef tank of 220g so i would have to assume its reef safe.

Looked it up real quick and the max size is 11 inches!!! It is reef safe with caution it says/. here is the link. And oh yeah, it needs a 125g tank or so.

Not reef invert safe I have crabs and shrimp if not is there any wrasses that would be invert safe and small enough for a 37g tank

Blue zoo says they get up to 11 so I'd say no.

I agree, a sixline or maybe a fairy wrasse. Wrasses are jumpers though so you will need a lid or screened lid to keep em in.
