chiller pump

I would like to increase the turnover on my JBJ 28 nano. I want to move the pump for the chiller into the refugium, out of my rear chamber. I am going to increase the flow by pushing water directly back into the tank. My question is will this make a difference on the way my chiller works since water will be drawn from my chiller and back into the tank? water from the refugium is a couple of degrees warmer. Any thoughts?
