Actually could I scratch off the camel shrimp and add a peppermint shrimp or another scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp?

either way is Okay. be sure to get a

Peppermint Shrimp (Lysmata wurdemanni)
If you expect to have a chance of it eating aiptasias.

I think I'll just go with 2 scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp.So like this:

x2-3 emerald crabs
x6 zebra hermit crabs
x6 electric orange or scarlet reef hermit crabs
x2 scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp
