Correct lighting?

(30 gallon FOWLR-44 Lbs. of LR, 3 in DSB with 20 Lbs. of aragonite LS.) Please keep in mind I'm on a tight budget, anyway, I have a 30 inch light fixture. What sort of lighting should I use to poromote growth on the LR Lighting is neccessary right, the tank receives NO sunlight.
Appreciate any help.

MT79, you dont plan on going with corals at all? or do you in the future? If you dont plan on any corals or corals that are going to need alot of light i would just put a grow lite in your exsisting hood: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...=6&pCatId=3810
Check that link out so you have an idea of what im talking about HTH
